Stiletto is a powerful new musical set in the winter of 1730-31 in Venice, the opera capital of Europe. It follows the journey of Marco, a young, ambitious singer, and Gioia, a talented, strong-willed newcomer. As they navigate the morally complex world of 18th-century opera, Marco and Gioia’s lives are entangled in ambition, betrayal, and tragedy. Featuring a stellar cast, evocative music by Matthew Wilder, and a compelling book by Tim Luscombe, Stiletto is a tale of passion, power, and sacrifice.
