The Car Man is now playing at Curve!
Matthew Bourne’s award-winning dance thriller The Car Man roars back onto the stage for a new UK tour. Loosely based on Bizet’s Carmen, this bold and sensual story unfolds in a 1950s American garage-diner where lust, betrayal, and revenge drive a small-town community to chaos. Directed and choreographed by Matthew Bourne, with music by Terry Davies and Rodion Shchedrin, this is one of New Adventures’ most iconic productions.
