The Lord of the Rings – A Musical Tale is a unique adaptation of J.R.R. Tolkien’s epic, focusing on the Hobbits’ perspective. It follows Frodo’s perilous journey to destroy the One Ring, with the story unfolding in a visually stunning, musical format. Directed by Paul Hart, this production combines live music, puppetry, and innovative projections to bring Middle-earth to life. After captivating audiences in Chicago, Auckland, and Australia, this UK-exclusive production features a British cast and a 32-strong ensemble of actors and musicians. The show will embark on a European tour following its Plymouth run.
